How the Sliding Scale Works At Soulful Soma, financial accessibility is a core part of abolitionist care. I offer sessions on a sliding scale because I believe nervous system support should not be a luxury reserved for the few.
The standard exchange for a one-hour session is $100. This reflects the true cost of my time, training, and the energy required to hold this container. However, I recognize that systemic barriers affect everyone differently.
The Invitation: Please choose the rate that feels honest and sustainable for your current reality. No questions asked. No proof of income required. This is an honor system based on community trust.
Accessible Rate

For folks with limited financial access.
This tier is for you if you are navigating financial stress, living paycheck to paycheck, or if paying full price would create hardship. Prioritizing this tier allows you to receive consistent care without anxiety.
Middle Rate

For those meeting their needs with some limitations.
This tier is for you if you can meet your basic needs but have limited expendable income. You might have some savings, but need a lower rate to make regular sessions sustainable.
