This means we move at the speed of trust, honoring your body’s unique timeline rather than pushing for a "cure."
Scope of Practice: These sessions are designed for nervous system regulation, awareness building, and embodiment. While therapeutic, this work is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical treatment.
Accessibility: All bodies, neurotypes, and abilities are welcome. You are always invited to sit, lie down, stim, turn off your camera, or pause the session.
Pricing: Soulful Soma offers tiered pricing to ensure this work remains accessible to our community. Sliding scale options are available upon request.

My accessible entry point for ongoing care. Designed for consistency, these sessions focus on grounding, resource building, and regulation practices. Together, we weave conversation, breathwork, and movement to help you build a relationship with your body’s wisdom.
Note: For local clients, I request the first three sessions be in-person to build a safety container.

The complete Soulful Soma experience. In these sessions, I support you in reconnecting with your body through breathwork, guided movement, grounding touch, sound, and rest.We will utilize lineage-based frameworks (like Somatic Experiencing) including titration (staying with sensation in small doses) and pendulation (gently moving between tension and ease) to support your nervous system without overwhelm.
Together, we explore how your body has learned to hold, brace, or shut down in response to stress or survival patterns—honoring those past experiences while making room for new choices and new stories to take shape.

For when you need to be held, not heard. In a world that demands constant performance, this session is a gentle invitation to simply receive. There is very little talking required. You will rest on the table while I utilize somatic touch and bodywork techniques to help your system release held tension, stress, and bracing patterns.
Best for: Physical exhaustion, "talk burnout," and deep nervous system settling. Note: This is strictly clothing-on somatic bodywork.

For when you want to understand the language your bodies are already speaking. You likely already sense shifts in your partner before they speak—a change in posture, a heavier breath, or a subtle withdrawal. In these sessions, we bring those silent instincts to the surface to sharpen them into a reliable skill.
We work on fine-tuning your natural ability to track each other’s nervous systems, helping you distinguish the difference between a need for closeness and a need for space. We move beyond the content of the conflict to the cues underneath it, building a shared practice of attunement that deepens with time.
Best for: Partners who want to trust their non-verbal intuition and learn how to co-regulate with intention.

For when you are seeking nourishment, not just release. It is possible to be sexually active but somatically hungry, or to feel a curiosity for new experiences that is blocked by guilt. Often, we rely on performance to feel safe, while our deeper desires remain unspoken. In these sessions, we shift the focus from "doing it right" to the quality of your presence.
We work to gently dismantle the internal blocks—shame, judgment, or old narratives—that keep you from exploring what truly feels good. By establishing clear boundaries as a safety container, we create room for you to experiment with new forms of pleasure. This allows you to move from "going through the motions" to honestly inhabiting your desires without apology.
Best for: Moving from "release" to satiety, exploring new desires without shame, and unlearning performance anxiety. Note: This is strictly non-sexual, clothing-on somatic work.
