Every session begins with a free 30 minute consultation. This is where we connect, talk about what's bringing you in, and make sure the work feels like the right fit before anything else happens. From there you choose the session that makes the most sense for where you are right now. If you're not sure, we'll figure it out together.

The Sessions

  • Before we do any work together we meet virtually.

    You'll fill out a short intake form before we connect. It helps me understand what's bringing you in and prepare for our time together. You're welcome to share as much or as little as feels right.

    In the 30 minutes we have together I'll tell you exactly how I work, what sessions look like, and what to expect. You get to ask anything. I'll be honest with you about whether what you're bringing is something I have the tools to work with. If it isn’t, I’ll do my best to find you someone who does.

    At the end if it feels like a good fit we'll talk about which session makes sense and get you set up with everything you need to begin.

  • $55 | 60 Minutes | Virtual or In-Person

    The Foundation Series is for the everyday weight of being a human living life.

    Work frustration. Relationship stress. Burnout. Anxiety. Grief. You don't need to be in crisis to deserve support.

    Here is how we work together:

    Session 1 — We talk. I learn what's bringing you in, explain how the sessions work, and we start to build trust between us. No bodywork yet. Just connection and context.

    Session 2 — We begin working with the body directly. While we talk about what you came for I start introducing simple somatic practices. Breath awareness. Noticing sensation. Learning to track what your body is doing in real time.

    Session 3 — We bring it all together. Conversation, somatic practice, and hands-on bodywork combined into one full session.

    From session three forward this becomes our rhythm. Ongoing, consistent, building on itself every two weeks.

    Virtual sessions available. $55 is our base rate. Sliding scale is not available for this session.

  •  $100 | 60 Minutes | In-Person Only

    The Deep Dive works directly with what's held in the body. Sessions are less about talking and more about doing. Depending on what your body needs that day we work with breathwork, guided movement, grounding touch, sound, rest, yoga, or physical release practices like anger work. We work in small doses, moving gently between what's difficult and what feels neutral, building capacity at your own pace.

    Nothing is forced. Everything is led by what your body is ready for.

    This session is recommended weekly for the deepest progress, though twice a month works for those who need more time between sessions.

  • $85 | 60 Minutes | In-Person Only

    The Restorative Bodywork session asks nothing of you except that you arrive and let yourself be held for once.

    You'll lie fully clothed on a table with soft light and quiet music. We begin with a simple question: what are you carrying today? Whatever you name, rest, tension, exhaustion, that becomes our anchor for the session.

    From there everything moves at your pace. I start above your eye line, inviting you to track my hand as it moves closer, noticing what your body does. Do you want me to slow down, stop, or let it come? When we make contact I apply gentle pressure and guide you through intentional breath, asking you to let that breath travel through your chest, your heart, your lungs, all the way down into your legs.

    From there we move through the body together. The forehead. The jaw. Behind the ears. The shoulders, arms, and all the way down to the feet. At each place I ask your body to soften, expand, and let gravity do its work. Every transition is named before it happens so nothing surprises you.

    You leave with your body a little more open than when you came in.

    Consent is woven into every moment of this session. Nothing happens without your awareness and agreement. Strictly clothing-on somatic bodywork. This session can be booked as a standalone or as part of ongoing work.

  • $130 | 75 Minutes | Virtual or In-Person

    Relational Resonance sessions are for anyone who wants to get curious about how they connect. Whether something feels stuck or you simply want to go deeper, we use what your bodies already sense about each other to build new ways of communicating.

    We begin by talking about what brings you in. Not to diagnose what's wrong but to understand how you each communicate, what tools you already have, and where the gaps are. From there we move into practice.

    Sessions are a balance of talking and doing. We work with simple somatic exercises that reveal things conversation alone often can't. Can you say yes and mean it in your body? Can you say no without apologizing for it? What does it look like when one of you shuts down or overrides what you're actually feeling? Can you look at each other when something hurts?

    We practice trust building, boundary finding, listening to each other's physical cues, and acknowledging what you already know about one another but haven't had the language to use. The goal is not to fix what's broken. It's to uncover what's possible between you.

    Pricing for groups of 3+ are determined during consultation based on the size and dynamic of your group. Sliding Scale Available.

  • $110 · 60 min · Virtual or In-Person

    Intimacy and Desire sessions are a space where the things that usually stay unspoken get to exist without judgment. Sex. Desire. Orgasm. Pleasure. Shame. Guilt. Confusion. You don't have to arrive with clarity or comfort around any of it. The session itself is where we begin to explore what those words bring up for you and what your body does when we name them out loud.

    Some of us disconnect from our bodies during intimacy without knowing why. Some of us are sexually active but still feel like something is missing, chasing an experience that never fully arrives, or carrying desires we've never felt safe enough to say out loud.

    In session we use simple somatic practices to help you notice what pleasure actually feels like in your body when performance and shame are removed from the equation. We sit with it. We name it. We get curious about what yes feels like, what no feels like, and what happens when you give yourself permission to simply notice what feels good without needing to explain it or act on it.

    This work builds awareness and access. It is not a substitute for therapy or clinical treatment.
